We are NPIP certified and tested every six months. We take pride in keeping our birds safe from diseases. The farm is not open for visitors. Customers who are purchasing items we offer are to come to the front door. 

A non-refundable deposit is required when preordering. The deposit goes towards your total amount. If all of you order is not able to be filled you can either take what is available and the rest of your order will be available at the next hatch. Or you may wait for your full order on the next hatch date. 

Grow out Pullets/Cockerels will be around 6 weeks old. They will be ready to go outside and off heat. Some chickens will be sexable at this age but not guaranteed. You will pick out what chicks you wish to have upon hatching and a band color will be assigned to you and they will be on the chicks. If one of your chicks grows to be a cockerel and you do not wish you have it, refunds are not available. 

We do not currently offer shipping on live chicks or hatching eggs. 

Once chickens leave our farm, we are not responsible for the chicken. You resume responsibility of the animal. We are not liable for anything that happens off our farm.

We can't guarantee that all hatching eggs purchased and hatched by our customers will hatch. This is because we don't know your incubator, settings, possible power outages. There are a lot of factors that could stop eggs from hatching, so we cannot guarantee hatching. We have a hatch rate of anywhere between 80% to 95%.
